“It was my granddaughters 13th bday and she just LOVES Crumbl! So i ordered her a bday 4 pack and unfortunately they forgot the bday sticker and ribbon . Which was no big deal really. But i asked the dasher if he had it. The next morning we woke up to a duplicate order in the mailbox with the bday ribbon and sticker. Never known anyone to go out of their way for a .99 sticker. Her face was so happy with that surprise. Just made it perfect!!!!“

“The ice cream tasted great, but it was already melting as soon as it was handed to me. It seems like the texture isn’t quite right when they scoop it, almost like it’s not staying firm. Maybe the freezers aren’t working properly. The staff was really nice though.“
