They'll run out of certain cookies with hours left in a shift and they don't let anyone know about it before ordering and even worse if you order online for pick-up it doesn't tell you that specific cookie/cookies are unavailable until you get there to pick up your order. And they don't care at all. They'll just ask what else you want. Even if you are already getting at least one of each of their cookies. But other than that. You will not be disappointed in these cookies they're amazing ?.“

“Every time we go to Little Rock we stop at Freddys in Benton. Friday, July 12th was no exception. When we walked in sweet Nicole greeted us with a sweet smile and ready to take our order. She was helpful in helping me decide what burger I was wanting. Nicole definitely has great customer service, and you can tell she takes pride in her job. My burger fries were delicious and prepared just right. Big shout out to the cook and the person who put my burger together. We also ordered the Turtle for dessert, oh my was it delicious! Benton, you guys rock!“

“Sonic has been hit or miss lately. Mostly miss. I order a burger with everything and add extra lettuce, tomato and pickle and get a burger with meat and bun instead. I order the Red Bull slush and the other specialty drink they had with cream and sprite and cherry something and I get the Red Bull with cream in it and a sprite slush. So I had to take a star away but if this keeps up it might go to even less ?“
