We were extremely disappointed with Loblolly. We had placed and paid for an ice cream order ahead of time for our school’s prom night, only to find out the shop was closed with no warning or communication whatsoever. This was a special night for our students, and we were counting on this order as part of the celebration. Not only did it let us down, but there was no apology, update, or explanation.
