“We came here for our anniversary and we loved it! Sydney seated us and Scott was our waiter. We have never had such great tasting food. We had the porkchop and the ribeye. The sides were the Brussel sprouts, polenta, and mashed potatoes. We can’t wait to go again for our next dinner.“

“It was a fun little spot to hang out after dinner and you are already a little tipsy. The drinks weren’t very good but they were strong! Wasn’t really our vibe, it was more of a punk rock/grunge kind of vibe than what we were looking for but still had some good music and fun for late night! Was a little difficult finding seating for the 5 of us but we made it work“

“The atmosphere here is unmatched. Live music upstairs, night club downstairs, and karaoke outside. They also do sports games live streams outside on game days. The staff here is so nice. Rob who does Karaoke is the coolest guy there. Hopefully while your there you can get treated to a song by Wild Bill or Mike. Drinks are moderately priced and they are definitely not skimp on portions. Bartenders are well knowledgeable on drinks. Will be back!“

“The whole atmosphere is just one big vibe of fun and laughter. The night time bartender is beyond amazing and friendly and on point about everything. The karaoke is the best in the bizz. highly recommend if you want a great night to remember.“

Dance floor could be a little bigger and the management should keep drinks off of the dance floor which creates a slip hazard when people invariably spill their drinks on the dance floor. Overall a great place!“

“Love 3bs the new cook glaeshore idk how to spell it but he’s one of the workers sons. I LOVE HIM FOOD IT GREAT AND ATTITUDE IS AWESOME he was very busy but kept it very nice and respectful. “went there for lunch with my family on Sunday and just checked my credit card statement and they charged me almost double for what my bill actually was. update: got $90 back. spoke to someone I was told was the manager and after he did some research he found my ticket from the day and figured out that he had "accidentally" typed $95 for the tip instead of $5. which was odd because when we did the receipt we broke total at the bottom. so you would think that if the total at the bottom of my receipt didn't match the total on the screen after he finished that he would question it but apparently not so he tipped himself almost what my bill was. I have a feeling I wasn't the first person and I have a feeling I won't be the last person and all I can say is if you use a card there. keep an eye on your your bill and if you have previously used a card there I'd take a look at my statement now“

“The customer service is fantastic; they accommodated my request for a high-floor room. I had a beautiful city view from the 14th floor! The room was spacious and clean, and the location is perfect as it is within easy walking distance to all the shops and attractions downtown. It is an incredible value for the price, and I truly got my money’s worth through the great service and convenient setting! 👌“

“I like this place. I was invited for a new year event. The place had space to mingle and a seat to sit if my legs got tired of standing. Everyone was pleasant who I spoke with on staff. I've been back a couple more times since then and it is the same. Chill, welcoming and ready to serve.“

“We really enjoyed our visit to Chili's in Hot Springs. My husband had a burger and fries. I had the Margarita Grilled Chicken off the Guiltless menu, and a spicy Skinny Margarita. Both were so good! The chicken had so much flavor, and the margarita was perfect. I should have taken a picture before I started eating but I was really hungry and forgot. The service was also really good.“
