We came here to Hot Springs on a whim several years ago. This is our fourth time here...we mainly come for the views and to bask in the history that is The Ohio Club!“

“We came here for our anniversary and we loved it! Sydney seated us and Scott was our waiter. We have never had such great tasting food. We had the porkchop and the ribeye. The sides were the Brussel sprouts, polenta, and mashed potatoes. We can’t wait to go again for our next dinner.“

“While spending the weekend in Hot Springs on 25 April 2026, this establishment was highly recommended by the young lady working the front desk at the hotel. I explained to her that I wanted a place that has a true “dive bar” feel and she without hesitation recommended Maxine’s and I too would recommend this place. The bartenders Ashley and Celeste were spot on. Very welcoming and never had you waiting for a drink. Speaking of drink, I will admit the coolers were not at full working capacity so the beers were not as cold as one would have expected them to be. Better than room temperature but not cold enough. As for the food? I ask Ashley to surprise me and that she did. The sandwich was absolutely amazing. So the next time that I am in Hot Springs Arkansas, I will be visiting Maxine’s again. I just hope the beer cooler is up to par.“

“Great food and really amazing service. Lori, our bartender, was great about helping me pick the perfect bottle of wine and happy to answer all my questions. Serah, our waitress, was funny and sweet. She was happy to answer all our questions, make suggestions and ensure our experience was phenomenal. Highly recommend this place.“

“The service was a little slow but the band was great. We enjoyed that they had a little bit of everything to choose from, band, karaoke, dancing. We didn't stay long but that's because of who we were with, not because of the Big Chill. We'll definitely go again next time we're in town.“

Dance floor could be a little bigger and the management should keep drinks off of the dance floor which creates a slip hazard when people invariably spill their drinks on the dance floor. Overall a great place!“

“A great dive bar is a special thing and this place came recommended after a restaurant I tried to go to was already closed. I'm very glad I came here. If a smokey dive isn't your thing, maybe reconsider, but otherwise this place was welcoming and the food was killer. Prices were cheap, the bartender was super friendly, and the manager even struck up a conversation with me while he was on break and we chatted a while. I'll definitely come back if I'm back in Hot Springs and out late.“

“went there for lunch with my family on Sunday and just checked my credit card statement and they charged me almost double for what my bill actually was. update: got $90 back. spoke to someone I was told was the manager and after he did some research he found my ticket from the day and figured out that he had "accidentally" typed $95 for the tip instead of $5. which was odd because when we did the receipt we broke total at the bottom. so you would think that if the total at the bottom of my receipt didn't match the total on the screen after he finished that he would question it but apparently not so he tipped himself almost what my bill was. I have a feeling I wasn't the first person and I have a feeling I won't be the last person and all I can say is if you use a card there. keep an eye on your your bill and if you have previously used a card there I'd take a look at my statement now“

“The customer service is fantastic; they accommodated my request for a high-floor room. I had a beautiful city view from the 14th floor! The room was spacious and clean, and the location is perfect as it is within easy walking distance to all the shops and attractions downtown. It is an incredible value for the price, and I truly got my money’s worth through the great service and convenient setting! 👌“

“We really enjoyed our visit to Chili's in Hot Springs. My husband had a burger and fries. I had the Margarita Grilled Chicken off the Guiltless menu, and a spicy Skinny Margarita. Both were so good! The chicken had so much flavor, and the margarita was perfect. I should have taken a picture before I started eating but I was really hungry and forgot. The service was also really good.“

“This is a dive bar for the locals even though all are welcome. They have good bands and venue. Karaoke a few nights a week. They have the only 4 AM liquor license in the area. I haven't eaten there yet, but the food I've seen others get looks like good standard dive bar food.“

“We had a family reunion over the memorial day weekend and rented out one of thier party rooms. Everything from food, to service, to location was stellar! Drinks were great for the adults, and there was a little beach play area for the kids in our party. We were able to see the memorial day fireworks from the beach play area! The staff was friendly and very professional.... I'm running out of buzzwords to express our gratitude for an amazing night. Thank y'all so much!!!“
