“I love Chuy's service and atmosphere. It has a really good Austin, TX, feel in West Little Rock. It's Tex-Mex cuisine and bar is run very well. My wife says it's the best tortilla soup in Little Rock. We live close by so we come here a lot. It has a fun atmosphere and the employees make it great.“
“I've been coming the White Water Tavern since college and it just gets better and better. I see more live shows here than anywhere else in town. There are no bad seats, the drinks are affordable and cold, and there is always somewhere to park. They have karaoke every Tuesday beginning at 8:00 and you can hear the best and worst singers in town all in the same night. Sundays they usually have an early show. Blues night is once a month and best place to hear authentic southern blues players. They have pool tables upstairs and an outdoor patio for the smokers.“
“I look at the reviews of this place! I can certainly say that you just can't please everyone. Most of these people no matter where they go they gonna find at least one thing to complain about. I have not found a completely perfect place. With that being said my Wife Mother and I had a great time!“
“I was in town for the Little Rock Marathon and went to midtown to get food. This was a nice place. It was incredibly clean, modern, and inviting. I ordered a shrimp pasta dish that was delicious and had a beer. It is mildly pricey, but considering the location and that it's in the city, I actually think it's not bad.The dish I got was more a European proportion, which I actually think is a plus. I didn't need any more food than that. It was perfect.“
“I cant believe this was my first time here. I ordered the grilled chicken salad to go…let me tell you it was THE BEST SALAD I HAVE HAD IN LITTLE ROCK. Joe, who greeted me at the door was wonderful. The prices are excellent and I really was impressed. Im here for my second time and same fabulous service and they even remembered my name! 6 STARS!!!“
“Breakfast on a Bun but I got French Toast instead of a Bun I told them no eggs bt still got them on my sandwich which still was good but ima rate it 8/10 hopefully I make it back to try the Turkey burger b4 they close! Alrite Lil Rock yall Banging with tha food 2nd Winn for me Coming from TX??“
“Best tenders I've had in a long time (perhaps because I don't have tenders often). That said, they are big, juicy, crunchy and hit the spot after a long day at work. The fries were also nice and crunchy. I love a little heat so asked for the mango habanero and kick in bourbon dips. Both were great! The local cider on tap was easy to drink and paired well with the chicken to create a nice meal of warm hugs for the belly. The waitress was awesome! She even sat down to explain the saucers. Make sure to ask. Highly recommend this spot for an affordable, casual, relaxing meal.“
“RailYard is ?????! Food is absolutely delicious! I love the fish sandwich and the cheesesteak quesadilla. They have homemade desserts which are super tasty. Don’t forget about those adult beverages!!! Open mic comedy show on Wednesday and Singo (remix of Bingo) on Thursday is so much fun. The RailYard staff is super friendly and attentive! I feel like family whenever I’m there. My ABSOLUTE FAVORITE place to eat and be merry!!“
“This isn't the place you think about when you want a nice relaxing meal. But it is the place you go to, for a great night out with friends. From Pool to Karaoke, it's always a fun night out. It's a staple for those of us that worked the Cantrell/Riverdale area. Lunches and happy hour in the late 90's. Great memories.“
“Participant in the team trivia event and costume contest for Nov 12 from 3pm-7pm to benefit Ronald McDonald House. Check out the flyer for it with my review.Great bathrooms and perfect small quaint bar to enjoy a weekday wind down from work before hitting your apartment down the street. Atmosphere is really cozy and nice for those after work or touring our little rock city.“
“Small indoor space (but more seating in outdoor patio area).Staff and customers very welcoming and friendly.Parking: More parking than tables available, unless weather permits back patio to be open (Huge back patio area).Parking on 3 sides with multiple depths on both sides of building.Looking forward to patio being full of interesting people, as soon as the weather breaks.Come Be a part of the excitement.“
“I could've sat here all day just eating chips and queso. I think I had a drink that was seasonal, but whatever it was, was delicious. The restaurant is so cute and the servers were very friendly. Definitely a great spot for some feel good food!“
“A tasty joint with a few stand-out options - worth a try!TL:DRStickyz has a wide menu and they prepare them well! Delicious cheese dip and tender chicken at a reasonable price.Details:Stopped in during the Super Bowl to grab dinner, and I didn't regret it. They had the game on multiple screens, but they weren't very busy, which I was worried was a bad sign.Ordered the cheese dip, some jerk flavored strips, and parmesan garlic tots. The cheese dip was delicious, thick and rich flavored. The chicken was a bit sparse (strips were on the small side) but good flavor, and they did not skimp on the sauce! They ended up being out of tots, so they made it with fries instead. Instead of just sprinkling them with garlic and parmesan like most places do, they smother them with a thick garlic parmesan mixture that was amazing! It was VERY greasy, so be aware, but it tasted incredible.Decor is nice, seating is comfortable, and the service was good, although again, it wasn't very busy so I don't have that view of it.Overall, I would recommend a trip!“
“I really loved their salsa, is different and has an adobo flavor. Food was really good I tried avocado enchiladas!! And have a swirl margarita. Top it off with a couple dessert, so hard to decide, so we go with mango 3 leches cake ? and apple pie. By the way the apple pie was prepare in front of our table on a hot skillet. It was a great experience for our Gallentines lunch. You definetly have to try.“
“The guacamole is some of the best I've ever had!. The quesadillas were plentiful, as well as the bowls. I ate one and a half slices of my quesadilla and I was full. Nice quaint corner lot. Small on the inside so I wouldn't take a big party. Pick up window (that I just found out about) and take out has the same portions. Not like other restaurants that try to short you when you order to go. I've had lunch and dinner and the menu is the same. I can't wait to try some other flavors. I have dined in and had take out. Service was good. It wasn't above and beyond lbut it was good.“
“I wish I had got my waitress name. I’ve been under a lot of stress with my dad having open heart surgery tomorrow. The pizza was perfect, my son ordered a calzone. His was perfect. We both left so happy. The establishment is clean! You can see everything being made. I highly recommend!! A+++ as out of towners, we felt valued and appreciated for our business. We will be back before we leave!“
“"You're Only a Stranger Once"Through the years, this bar remains an icon in Arkansas. The multiple pool tables and cold beer seem to provide everyone with an enjoyable experience daily. This "biker friendly" bar seems to provide the best atmosphere for a good time with fewer escalated disagreements than most other businesses.Stop by and check it out for yourself and have a great time.Parking: Front parking is for motorcycles but plenty of secure parking on side and in back.“
“This place is by far the best place I’ve eaten at in a long time. The food is outstanding. We had the restaurant to ourselves but even then the vibe was great. Hearing the staff crack jokes was great. I got the old south skillet and my boyfriend got the chicken fried steak…and OMG both were so great. We couldn’t stop eating. It was most definitely worth every penny. It’s a shame we live in Florida and can’t eat here all the time. 10/10! Service was great too. Our server was very hospitable and down to earth! Good job Red Door!“
“Just moved here from Texas and I must say best wings I’ve had here! Service was great the ladies were nice. Didn’t take long for my food and yes it was hot and fresh. Almost gave up hope after going to chicken king but glade I found a clean and nice restaurant to have “
“Already a Kavanaugh Boulevard institution, The Hillcrest Fountain recently received a total makeover (2020). Gutted and completely redone, this bar still serves up only beer & wine and attracts the local neighborhood late 20-30-somethings crowd. No food, but plenty of surprises await you...AMBIANCELow lights enhance the dark wood and urban chic furnishings. The classic long bar has modern comfortable bar stools and those cool hangers for a handbag below. Booths and two-top bar tables are spread out and don't overcrowd the space. Even when packed with people, the crowd flow is still ok. For a dive bar vibe, this bar is spotless and stays clean. Separate men's & women's clean bathrooms are in the back near the door to their outdoor patio (not open yet, but I hear soon). Thursday-Saturday after 8pm it becomes THE place to be at night in this part of the city. Patrons during the day and during happy hour are mostly regular locals. This is a great place to meet, watch a game, play a game, share intriguing conversation, and enjoy beer and wine. Ask the bartender to show you a peek of the speakeasy door. Or don't. There is one salty bartender.BEER & WINE ONLYThat said, the taps rotate an excellent sampling of local craft brews and popular national brands at very low prices compared to other local bars serving draft beer. Happy Hour daily, but not sure of what the hours or prices are. Just ask a bartender. The new keg beer system is ice cold and they seem to have just the right amount of foam as to not waste the draft. Those bartenders know how to pull a proper pint! Many other beers in bottles and cans are available. Yuengling Lager on tap ran out, but they had Yuengling Light available. They don't stay out long and the knowledgeable and polite bartenders will offer an alternative, not just say, they are out. The local popular Flyway Blue Wing was on-tap as well. The other taps spread the beer spectrum from sours to IPAs. The wine by the bottle or glass offerings are clearly well thought out with pricing and vintages meant to fit everyone's budget and wine palate. Specials by the glass are above on a chalkboard. I had a great 5 oz. glass of a Russian River Valley pinot noir, priced excellent. ENTERTAINMENTAlong the mural painted East wall is a classic bar shuffleboard puck-style game. It's the one with the sawdust alley and you glide the pucks. Very cool and chill. There are two full sized billiard tables in the front center area of this bar. See the bartender with your ID and they will hand you the billiard balls rack. Nice new large televisions above the bar typically playing whatever is popular. The Olympic trials were on and the NBA finals at the same time. Bartenders are cool and will put on whatever you want within reason. Music is probably the best in the city, with the bartenders making their own playlist vibes. I think Spotify Pro with no commercials. Super groovy music, not just some selfish rando personal playlist. It's actually very well thought out. The music playlists are probably one of the most surprising things about this bar. Not too loud, just the right tempo, and a great balance of things you know and new music you want to know. Kudos to the sound vibe.“
“Best fish and chips in town. Beer is cold and service is great. Gets loud on open mic night but what do you expect. When it's not open mic night, it is still a friendly and inviting place with all around great people. Came here on a whim and will be a regular now.“
“Phenomenal wings and excellent customer service. We had the classic hot sauce and the lemon pepper garlic dry rub. Delicious! And the corn nuggets are great too. The homemade bread pudding is a must if you want dessert. Everything seemed freshly made. We chose takeout, the interior was pretty basic.Parking: Went after dark, location is not well lit and can be difficult to find if not from the area.“
“It’s a nice, spacious German beer hall. They don’t brew their own beers, but they do make their own sausages. There was a fair bit of people at 8:30 pm on a Tuesday. Enough to not feel lonely, but not even close to filing a quarter of the place. They have classic bench style seating. There were 18 beers on tap tonight with a good selection of German and some local beers along with a random assortment of others. They also have a large selection of alcohol. The food menu has the mainstays: sausages, schnitzel, and pretzels along with some other sandwiches and breakfast.I had the sausage sampler with the Hunter, jalapeño cheddar, and regular bratwurst. The jalapeño has really pronounced jalapeño flavor which is great. The Hunter, a combo of venison, bison, and pork was also good. A touch smoky, but flavorful. The brat was my least favorite. It just has a raw flavor I don’t care for. They were out of sweet potato spaetzel, something I was looking forward to trying. I settled for the duck fat fries. They are thick, but flimsy. I can’t say I taste duck fat, and by all accounts, I shouldn’t like them, but I can’t stop eating them. Finally there is okay mustard which is a bit creamier than I’d want with a pretzel (maybe they have other for the pretzels?) and some zippy, dry kraut. The staff greeted me right away and answered my questions while also making good suggestions. Overall, while I’ve had better food, I also wouldn’t turn this place down.“
“I work for Metro Services inc. with is a porta potty business and they were holding a eventy that weekend and needed our services. We were gladly their to help them with a out door John. But I do know this the staff there are really nice folks.. . Very relaxing vfw to sit and have a few beers.. I rate this place a 5 on a scale from 0-5 being 5 the highest rating.. Be Safe and be responsible..“
“AMAZING experience overall! the food was amazing, and the bartender (shannon) was super friendly, and attentive! she told us she was new but we never would have known if she didn’t tell us because she was confident and helpful when we were ordering! this is only our second time coming but we felt at home thanks to the atmosphere and the great service we received! we will definitely be making this home when we go out!“
“The alcohol push here is not matched by the marijuana themed food sales. The paranoia factor of leaving here after drinking seemed to be heightened by the strains smoked. Had a fun time everytime I've driven to daah dine. Eating in wasn't as much fun.“
“I absolutely love this place! The food, cocktails, service and dessert are always 10/10. I’ve tried so many items on the menu. Today I opted for the Czech dumplings and a cosmopolitan martini. They have the best espresso martini in Arkansas!!“
