“Upon my arrival I was greeted with a very nice matradee. When my waitress approached me I let her know this was my first time here. She was very informative and professional. Customer service here is 10/10. However the food left something to be desired. The taste of the food was good. But the temperature was tepid. Nice presentation, but that first bite wasn't hot and it wasn't really warm. The first cup of coffee was the same. The waitress brought me a fresh brewed cup and it was Great. The reason I didn't send the food back is that I'd just left the doctor's office. I hadn't eaten anything and I was a bit hungry. I really wanted to say this experience excellent. Other than the tepid coffee and food I give it a 9 out 10. I will come back and give them another try. Great Customer Service will always bring me back for another try.“

“I am not sure where to start but this place is awesome. Let’s start with the elephant in the room (which there could be). You walk in and are greeted by seemingly normal people. Seemingly because you almost immediately hear the sounds of all of their emotional support animals in the back. I think there are chickens, crows, and probably a peacock somewhere in the mix. You get to the counter and are greeted by the nicest weirdo you have ever met - Jonah. Seems way too nice to be putting up with the public all day. You look over and there is this strangely calm guy with lots of hair named Logan. Logan may be Jonah’s support human because he is always calm. Seems really strange for the best latte artist in the state to not wear a championship belt everyday, but whatever. I woild wear that thing to hold up sweat pants just to ahownit off I guess he is scared Elenor or OJ are going to take it away from him, legitimately or otherwise. Once you order everything seems to be like other coffee joints until you see her. The Dealer. Her name is Hannah. Again really nice but has an ulterior motive. She is the roaster extraordinaire. I think she puts things in the coffee to get you addicted because once you start you cannot stop. The last time I was in there Fidel (another crazy nice guy which is weird) had her in the back with 8-10 cups of supposed coffee that they were quality testing or “improving”. Yeah right. You are just seeing how much addictive whatever you could add before anyone notices. She just looks at you and asks if you need any. We don’t buy coffee like normal people anymore, we buy 5 pounds at a time to get our fix. We are about to have to buy the whole bean bags to get through a month, but who needs sleep? Then there is Garrett, the original, who is like a unicorn. One day he appears and then vanishes. He is supposed to be technology and taster of the coffee or something made up sounding but I really think he is jealous of Logan’s cool hair, which I am by the way. He is actually the reason we found Fidels when we followed him and Logan from another unnamed coffee shop. Great guy, crazy coffee knowledge, and obviously is good at tasting because everything they have is really good! Another thing that should really worry you is that the employees go there when they are off. What kind of sicko are you? Getting along with each other outside of work (is it though) and drinking great coffee? Suspicious at best. So if you are up for the best coffee around, and by far some of the nuttiest people that welcome you as one of their own, this is the place for you.“

“One of my favorite places to eat in little rock. I go whenever I can. I really really wish they kept the buffet open alittle longer though (like 330/4) or that they had one for dinner.... Almost Everything I've eaten here has been awesome and i definitely eat too much... A lot of non-middle eastern people tend to gripe about atmosphere.. The trick is watching what the other people do. I was super confused my first time going. I had zero idea how it worked, price or anything else. But I did mostly figure it out...“

“Ciao Baci is a terrific find in Little Rock. The residential setting is relaxed and comfortable. From my initial phone inquiry to the greeting upon arrival it was cozy and familiar. Food selection is broad and not Italian as the name implies. I had meat loaf and my wife the pasta. Both great and service at just the right pace.“

“Had the Fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, making it an easy place to sit back and enjoy a meal. Service was quick, and the food came out fresh.

The pasta was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of bite, and the Alfredo sauce was rich, creamy, and coated every noodle without feeling too heavy. The grilled chicken was seasoned well and portioned perfectly for the amount of pasta. The Parmesan, herbs, garlic, cracked black pepper, and squeeze of lemon all worked together to create a balanced flavor without any one ingredient overpowering the dish.

“I've had friends who've helped run the joint; they're cool so I'm a tad biased. I've seen several great shows and played here years back; I got too drunk to drive once (lol) because I can fool staff quite easily but they let me sober up on one of the cushy benches facing the bridge onramp. I know that was probably against policy but it was a prudent move and I applaud whoever called that shot.
The older door guy can be surly but he's always cool to a fellow graybeard. I was on a guestlist that he couldn't see at first and we exchanged heat but it was quickly solved between us, no need for anyone else. Respects, Door Graybeard \m/
