Ms. Bates welcomed us warmly, setting the tone for the evening, and our server struck that perfect balance—attentive and knowledgeable without ever hovering. But when she realized, after they closed, she left her purse, Kyle from the midtown location contacted the other manager and found out it was in their safe and even volunteered to get it if we couldn’t make it when they opened. This location goes above and beyond. I was having a bad day recently, and my biscuit was cut in a heart. (Valentine’s day is coming up-that’s what it was for but it’s still a week away and it brightened my day). Always impressed by Chick Fil A. This location is a great addition.“
