The managers at Chick Fil A are the most kind, friendly, caring, helpful people I’ve ever met. As are all the workers at the Little Rock airport who came to my rescue. I lost my phone today at the airport and they all helped me find it and then gave me a new bag of fresh food!!!
Went to watch Zarna Garg. Food and drink took forever after we ordered. Extremely slow service!
Good food and service, but docked a star as you can't use the app for this location.

Chick-fil-A is known for its great and friendly service, but the recent experience of customers differs from the norm. Upon arriving, there was a long wait of 15 minutes to reach the register, with cashiers appearing to prioritize joking over taking orders. The food took an additional 8 minutes, and employees were not rude but not particularly friendly. There were issues with ordering, as names were entered differently than told, causing confusion. The customer attempting to get a sandwich to-go was met with a dismissive and mocking tone from the cashier, which was overheard by other customers. Despite the issues with service, the food was decent and of good quality. Prices were found to be higher than regular Chick-fil-A locations, and there were difficulties with adding rewards points due to the lack of a store number on the receipt.
