Upon arriving, there was a long wait of 15 minutes to reach the register, with cashiers appearing to prioritize joking over taking orders. The food took an additional 8 minutes, and employees were not rude but not particularly friendly. There were issues with ordering, as names were entered differently than told, causing confusion. The customer attempting to get a sandwich to-go was met with a dismissive and mocking tone from the cashier, which was overheard by other customers. Despite the issues with service, the food was decent and of good quality. Prices were found to be higher than regular Chick-fil-A locations, and there were difficulties with adding rewards points due to the lack of a store number on the receipt.
