I ordered loaded breakfast sandwich meal. The print said OJ included, yet I was charged for my OJ.
They stood there and stared at the screen like it would cook for them. Either everyone here was on one of their first days, or they hoped people would leave if it took long enough. Chickfila next door had about 12x the output of people. Line turned over at least twice before the 4 us questioning our life choices ever got a fry in a bag. Also, don't order from the kiosk I guess?
Asked pricing on unmarked drinks and was polite. Staff was very impolite. Smiled, walked across to Hudson and bought h20 there. Bad attitudes and need training. As a former Burger King Production Leader, I am disappointed.

The staff is respectful and cordial, even when dealing with unusual requests, like buying a single hamburger bun. Overall, Burger King provides a good experience, with some minor hiccups.
