I was flying out really early yesterday and I decided to give Starbucks another try.. I was greated by 3 super friendly ladies that exceeded all of my expectations. Kimber took my order and I was pleasantly surprised because she actually listened to my order and repeated to make sure that my extravagant order was entered correctly. I travel to LIT a lot for work and I absolutely love visiting this Starbucks before I leave. Every employee is consistently nice and friendly and the service is great. They really make a difference in my day!

What happened to this location!!!!! You could always count on these super kind, sweet ladies that would make you feel so welcome. My experience today was like going to McDonalds. It was really bad, unfriendly. Honestly it's a shock. For years this place was amazing! Those ladies moved on and what they have now is just bad. What a shame
