Quick service, the food was prepared quickly, good customer service from the staff and the location was in a good spot. I wish they would lower their prices though.

What happened to this location!!!!! You could always count on these super kind, sweet ladies that would make you feel so welcome. My experience today was like going to McDonalds. It was really bad, unfriendly. Honestly it's a shock. For years this place was amazing! Those ladies moved on and what they have now is just bad. What a shame

2:00 p.m. Friday. 10.27.23Walked in--I was the one customer in the place. Two employees glanced over at me through the open door from the adjacent (sink) room. An HMS-badged employee walks in, steps in front of me an proceeds to grab a couple of biscotti from the display. The female worker walks out from the adjacent room and they engage in conversation about additional work hours. The conversation continues as the HMS employee is rung up and her coffee is being made. After almost five minutes of being ignored but seen, I walked away to my departure gate. Grade: F- .

I was flying out really early yesterday and I decided to give Starbucks another try.. I was greated by 3 super friendly ladies that exceeded all of my expectations. Kimber took my order and I was pleasantly surprised because she actually listened to my order and repeated to make sure that my extravagant order was entered correctly. I cashed out and then waited several minutes, but it was definitely worth the wait. Mary called my name, repeated drink order and then proceeded to wish me safe travels. I fly several times a month for business and I will definitely be back in hopes of seeing these ladies and receiving the same great service. Thank you for restoring my faith in Starbucks, customer service and genuine kindness.
