“Tried Red Snapper for the first time and although they were out of whole snapper my husband and I got some catfish and shrimp and I just have to say everything was phenomenal! I had been craving fish in LR and other restaurants fish is never fresh enough. Always a weird texture or fishy after taste, this fish didn’t have any of that and the seasoning was on point! Young man at the window was polite and helpful, working on thanksgiving as well! S/o to him!“

“Used the drive through. Staff positioned outside to take your order and receive payment all at the same time. By the time I got around to the window, the next staff asked my name and handed me my order. Hot and fresh! Easy in and out. “Great location, really good pizza. Their delivery driver in the dodge challenger though is an incredibly reckless driver with really bad road rage. Definitely under the influence of something. He also has lights on the back of his car to further road rage 💀 Dude tries to break check and run people off the road or get into intentional wrecks. They really need to do something about that guy. From what I’ve seen he’s also really angry and really rude to customers. Definitely bringing this otherwise great location down by a lot.“

“I came to this location with little hope. When I went to Park Plaza, the location there told me this store was the worst one out of all the ones around. Told me to be clear of McCain mall too, and only come to them. However, I went there today while shopping at the outlet and was greeted very friendly And immediately was attended to. The manager made sure I bought fresh food and even let me customize my order mixing flavors in the lemonade. I’m not going to lie, the pretzels look better at this location than Park Plaza. And man that cinnamon smell is to die for. Five star all the way around. Shame on the park plaza location for talking down on such good people. Won’t be going there anytime soon.“

“First time ever trying Jersey’s Mikes in fort smith, AR. They had such a great crew! Everyone was so friendly, and had a great attitude, which created a great atmosphere! We got our subs to go and they were so good! Best sub I’ve had in a long time! The Turkey was shaved right on the spot! All the ingredients were fresh, crisp and delicious, I loved it! Will definitely go back, and highly recommend for a great sub!“

“Went through the drive-thru and ordered an unsweetened tea. They gave me a sweet tea and I had to pull into a lane and ask for another tea. it was slow and I asked for my money back just as they were bringing the tea out. Be awhile before I go back to that one.“

“Big shoutout to this team at Arby’s! As I was pulling out of the parking lot, one of the staff members, Brandon, ran out to flag me down because I was missing an item from my order. He went out of his way to make sure I didn’t leave without it—super rare to see that kind of care these days! The drive thru attendant, Jacolbe, was so kind and handed me my order with genuine care. I was very impressed with the service from these two guys and will definitely be recommending this location!“

This location goes above and beyond. I was having a bad day recently, and my biscuit was cut in a heart. “First time there did a carryout. Service was quick. Walked in. Someone asked what I needed. Very politely. Gave them what I wanted. Shrimp fried rice and she said 5 to 10 minutes and it was ready. Definitely under 10 minutes.
Shrimp fried rice is my favorite. It's okay. It has a slight almost burnt aftertaste to it. Now. I don't know if I'm just being picky or what. But that's what I'm tasting. Would I go there again? Sure everybody deserves to take a chance.“

“Big shout out to the manager Kyle for going above and beyond for us! My daughter had a great lunch downtown where they readily accommodated changes to her meal for dietary restrictions. But when she realized, after they closed, she left her purse, Kyle from the midtown location contacted the other manager and found out it was in their safe and even volunteered to get it if we couldn’t make it when they opened. Very thankful for such honest and helpful people!! And great food!“

I have been to other locations, and I love the food at Blaze Pizza.

My visit here was good, not excellent but good.

The dining area could have been a little cleaner, I got the wrong kind of crust...but the food was good.

I won't be coming back, but that is mostly because I do not live anywhere near this location.“

“Sometimes end up with the last of a batch of chicken and its not good at all. I went back inside and they gave me new pieces so I did very much appreciate that. Just check your chicken before driving off. Sometimes they'll give you a different spice level on the chicken than you asked for. Normally I just take whatever fast food gives me but now with a meal costing $10, I'm going to need my food to be much better.“

“On Christmas Eve, while many people were home with their families, the team at Rally’s on Broadway chose to show up and serve others well into the early morning hours. I want to sincerely thank them for their kindness and generosity in feeding me during a time when I did not have family plans or a place to go. Their compassion did not go unnoticed. This is also a reminder to everyone to be patient and kind to fast-food and service workers—especially during holidays. They are often working long, demanding shifts away from their own families so that others can eat, travel, and carry on traditions. A small gesture of respect or gratitude can mean more than you realize.
