“My husband and I eat at the Bryant Chick-fil-A almost once a week. He has dementia and a bit of a mobility issue. We have always been treated with patience and kindness. This week when we went it was not raining when we got there but was pouring when we were ready to leave. One of the workers insisted on getting us an umbrella. She used it to get me to the car then hurried back in to stay with my husband as I drove around. She helped me get him in the car…he didn’t get wet but she and I did in spite of a big umbrella. She truly was thoughtful and kind and patient with a dementia patient and his rattled wife. (I will be better prepared for the weather). Sadly we didn’t get her name but we will on our next trip. We can’t thank her enough for her kindness and her help. She didn’t say let me know if I can help you she said I AM going to help you and this is what we will do. Thank you again♥️“

“I stopped by the Sonic in Bryant recently and had a great experience, thanks in large part to one of the employees — Juliann. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything with my order was perfect. It’s rare to see someone take that much pride in their work, especially in fast food.

The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I ordered — but what really made the visit memorable was Juliann’s attitude and attention to detail. You can tell she cares about the customers and takes her job seriously. People like her make a big difference!

If you’re in the area and craving a Sonic run, I definitely recommend stopping by this location. And if you’re lucky enough to get Juliann, you’ll be in great hands!“

“Bradley at pizza hut in bryant ar was excellent. he was efficient, friendly, positive, and high energy. please give the man an actual raise worthy of his skill set so you don't see him go work elsewhere. great job“

“They do a really good job making their fries and sandwiches taste good. The only thing I don't like is how easily they forget to put cheese on a sandwich that people have paid for Its clearly a bring your own cheese kind of fast food joint because they will make any excuse possible bot to put cheese on your sandwich and I think that should be changed“

“Went to the one in Bryant (A, been a while since I’ve eaten there, and B, they have loaded fries now). I love that what I remembered from when I was younger is still the same (see also: great service and understanding about my allergy) (and unlike the Benton store the Bryant one put bacon on the loaded fries that are supposed to come on the loaded fries 🙏)“

“Sometimes they forget the sauce, extra peppers, or drinks but otherwise they are really good! Food is usually good and always warm, sometimes we get a bad pepper but usually they are good, almost always a fast delivery too and the staff are really nice. And yes they will fix it if they forget stuff tho we usually don't bother.“

“This was my first time coming to this subway and there was 2 young men working and I asked for there names because they were doing amazing and they were very busy and handled the customer and food very well one of the young men was new and learning and the one young gentleman his name was Cory did amazing and trained him and helped to his best ability and made my time and food so good . Customer service was amazing the other young gentleman did amazing his name was Alex he did amazing for his first day working there . This is the customer service we need in every restaurant.
