“We called about an hour out, just driving through, heading to Branson, and what a great experience? The gentleman taking the order (Sunday about 2pm) was the same one who greeted us with a warm smile. He asked about our trip and then handed us the food. Very kind and polite.“

“This was my first time coming to this subway and there was 2 young men working and I asked for there names because they were doing amazing and they were very busy and handled the customer and food very well one of the young men was new and learning and the one young gentleman his name was Cory did amazing and trained him and helped to his best ability and made my time and food so good . Customer service was amazing the other young gentleman did amazing his name was Alex he did amazing for his first day working there . This is the customer service we need in every restaurant. “This location was top notch. Very friendly staff, and feel. Greeted when I opened the door. Didn't even get a chance to completely walk in. Staff listened to what/how I wanted my sandwich. “I try the on-line ordering. I was a little overwhelm me some. I made remarks in the Special Request. Got home and both sandwiches had all the veggies on them. THAT'S NOT WHAT I ORDERED. “I had a very unpleasant experience with a worker at this location. And I literally drive past multiple other Subways to coem here quite often as I have a picky eater that only eats a handful of things - subway being one of them!
I asked for the owners info to talk to him about it. He went above and beyond what was required to help me. He started by telling me how much he appreciates my business and then he offered more than necessary to make the situation right.
I was SO impressed with his professionalism and kindness.
What could have been a situation that caused me to never come back was turned around all because of this impressive man!“
