Placed a pickup order for 11:35 am for a pizza. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to pick it up until 11:50 because a call went long. The pizza was cold due to them not having heating trays for the pickup orders (Definitely an issue I wish all Subways would address!) and the lobby has AWESOME air conditioning (which is a good thing to know on hot days). They were very nice and re-toasted the pizza for me!
I thought that they were friendly and professional. Great food , as always.
