“The Panda Express at 1384 Higdon Ferry Rd | Ste C | Hot Springs National Park, AR WAS INCREDIBLE!!! Justin and Alberto were our server/cook and they were amazing! If the bomb.com could describe people that would be them! Justin let my significant other try a bit of the brisket to ensure its temperature, taste, & quality! Alberto ensured that our food was hot and ready! I personally had the shrimp and orange chicken and IT WAS JUST AS INCREDIBLE!!! My husband enjoyed their limited time brisket and the long loved orange chicken! He of course loved his plate just as much as I did mine! I was also very impressed with their care for food safety! My husband is allergic to shellfish, but I occasionally like to eat it! Justin was careful and cautious with my shrimp even though he did not know about my husband’s shell allergy! I would highly recommend this fine establishment to all of our family and friends!“

“We had a great experience here! The food was hot and fresh on pickup. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I had a large to-go order, they even helped me carry it to the car. We had the Papa Burger, Chili Cheese Coney, Chili Cheese fries, corn dog bites, and onion rings. Everything was good quality and tasted great. We would come back here all the time if we lived in town!“

“I have loved this place since the 1950s. They have the best malts in the country. It’s also one of the few places you can get a veggie burger. That really tastes great. My son says the cheese burgers are perfect.“

“Definitely best customer service I've had in a while, the other day placed a mobile order was missing my sauce for my sandwich i called up there and spoke to the manager and he was Beyond helpful i went back today 6/29 and they has zero issues correcting my order and didn’t get no attitude or nothing they were very welcoming and helpful, food was nice and hot as hell but i rather it be to hot then cold so definitely no complaints“

“You can’t not go to Sonic, but you can critique an item or an experience if needed. I was looking forward to trying the bacon jam burger. The patty was so over cooked I could barely gnaw through it bite by bite. And don’t expect that beautiful thick layer of bacon jam you see on the commercial. What a disappointment.“

“First time trying Five Star Burgers today. I ordered through Door Dash. Possibly the best burger I have ever had. It arrived and was so hot I had to let it cool down before I could eat it. I had the double cheeseburger, and everything I wanted was on there. The curly fries were delicious, but that cheeseburger was the star of the meal. It may have been my first time ordering it, but it definitely won't be my last.“

“We just left after stopping for ice cream with our youth group, and the people there were SO AMAZING. They were very sweet, patient with our wild kids, and wonderful at checking in to see if we needed anything. We met a girl named Tiffany, a guy named Chris, and the GM whose name we didn’t get, but these people were all so wonderful. 10/10 experience ⭐️“

“Sonics should all be the same it's why we stop. But, this SONIC was on another level entirely!! WOW! I don't know what they did but the cheddar peppers tasted like they hand rolled them fresh. The cheeseburger was fresh and bun was so perfect. This was an amazing visit to an already known chain, but this location is in a class of it's own. Great work team.

“My grandson and I stopped in at the McDonald’s on Airport Road this morning and saw a packed parking lot. Wondering why, we went inside to order and saw lots of happy customers. As we approached the counter to order we saw the sweetest employee telling folks to have a great day and calling them by name. Sharon was very energetic and kind to us. After placing our orders Sharon said 37, and I asked if that was the price or our number. She replied “your age”! Now she’s my best friend!! I can’t say enough good things about the positive atmosphere, good breakfast food and prompt service we received this morning at the Airport Road McDonalds in Hot Springs, AR. And judging by the packed parking lot at 8:30, I’m not the only one who thinks so!! Give Sharon a raise!! She’s outstanding and a great example for us all.“

“tonight we ordered delivery through the Wendy's app that uses door dash. 20 minutes after our food was to be delivered we called Wendy's and spoke with Ginger.our order wasn't picked up and she told us that our food wasn't just sitting waiting that they wait until the driver comes to make it. We agreed to give it a few more minutes and if nobody from door dash came to get it we would head that way and get it ourselves. Ginger took our order again, because door dash canceled it finally, and discounted our food which she didn't have to do. Even after we got home and were eating she called to let us know that 2 different drivers came to pick up our food, an hour after estimated delivery time. Thank you Ginger for being so kind and fixing a mistake that wasn't yours or Wendy's fault.“

“I've not eaten Buget king here,but the rude service and they spoke loud and I was very embarrassed over a Hambuger meal,was completely nasty and mean,so if I ever try it again and I was well dressed coming from business meeting dealing with business and how to stay ahead using customer service as a great marketing tool,what a failure this was and I never Spoke a word or retaliated, but the manager was standing close by. And they never said a word either.SU“

“I love this location more than any other. It's cleaner and better staffed than any other location in hot springs. To those out there who are semi bacteria folds like myself. I would encourage you to drive out of your way to go to this location above all others. Then put your mind at ease once you go inside or even through the drive-thru knowing that your food will be handled properly and 99% of the time it's correct. Plus my two puppy dogs usually make buddies with at least one employee every few trips and get a complimentary little small thing of ice cream or something even if I pay for it it's just little things like that that make the day better.
