“This staff and food are top notched and very authentic. Ive had 7 plus items off their menu and each were so good and pleasing. For quite some time i have driven by this place and never stopped. I assure you it was my loss. Take a trip and spend at least one meal with them. You will not be disappointed!!!!!! 10 stars ⭐️ from my family for them.”

“This is the absolute best ice cream place in Hot Springs!! The dairy free ice cream still hits all the spots of regular ice cream! I have tried ALOT of dairy free ice cream and none come close to Mamoo's!!!”

“Stopped by the Starbucks in Hot Springs, AR, and overall had a good experience. I got an iced coffee, and it was great — smooth, cold, and made just right. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a nice, relaxed vibe. Definitely a good spot to hang out for a bit.

One weird thing happened, though. A homeless man who had been sitting in the lobby before and after the incident came up and grabbed my coffee right from the counter. The barista handled it really well — they were quick, professional, and immediately remade my drink without any hassle. I appreciated how calmly they dealt with it.

That said, I do think the store should be a little stricter about asking people to leave if they’re causing problems. It would make things more comfortable for customers.

Other than that, everything was solid. The service was friendly, the drink was great, and I’d definitely come back. Hopefully next time it’s a little less eventful. I left the review at 5 stars because of how it was handled.”

“I had a great time while I was here. The food and drinks were delicious. Hunter was awesome! He answered all of my questions and made excellent suggestion. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I had everything I needed. I’ll definitely ask for him again when I come back.”

“The Panda Express at 1384 Higdon Ferry Rd | Ste C | Hot Springs National Park, AR WAS INCREDIBLE!!! Justin and Alberto were our server/cook and they were amazing! If the bomb.com could describe people that would be them! Justin let my significant other try a bit of the brisket to ensure its temperature, taste, & quality! Alberto ensured that our food was hot and ready! I personally had the shrimp and orange chicken and IT WAS JUST AS INCREDIBLE!!! My husband enjoyed their limited time brisket and the long loved orange chicken! He of course loved his plate just as much as I did mine! I was also very impressed with their care for food safety! My husband is allergic to shellfish, but I occasionally like to eat it! Justin was careful and cautious with my shrimp even though he did not know about my husband’s shell allergy! I would highly recommend this fine establishment to all of our family and friends!”

“We visited about three years ago for a baseball tournament and absolutely fell in love with both the food and the atmosphere. Since we don’t live nearby, we don’t get to visit often, but we decided to make the trip for Glow on the Row and checked our kids out of school early just so we could enjoy dinner here again around 3:15. The hostess, dressed as the Bumblebee Beanie Baby, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She truly set the right tone. Unfortunately, our experience with our server was the complete opposite. She was inattentive, never smiled, and didn’t check on us once. When I mentioned how disappointing our pizza was, her only response was “okay.” We had to repeatedly go to the bar ourselves to grab napkins, and no one ever offered drink refills or asked if we needed anything. The restaurant wasn’t busy, only about five tables were seated so there was really no excuse for the lack of service. To make matters worse, the pizza was terrible. We ordered a half-cheese and half-Sarah Meadows, but the entire pizza came out as plain cheese; so overcooked and dry that we couldn’t even cut through it with a knife. There was no sauce at all, and the dough was tough and flavorless. Sadly, this visit was nothing like the wonderful experience we remembered. The quality and service have gone downhill, and it’s not the same place we fell in love with a few years ago.”
