“We stopped by here twice while on vacation. It was that good! In the picture is the Quesabirria and the mango michelaqua. My husband had the torta con asada and the nachos asada and they were both incredibly delicious. We also tried the mango chamoy snow cone and the horchata. Everything was so packed with flavor! The young woman taking orders was very nice and explained item ingredients when we were unsure on a few things. Thank you!“

“Usually get takeout here, but have dined-in multiple times. Staff ranges from very good to exceptional. Food is so amazingly reliable in it's excellence. Flavor, temperature, texture, plating, serving size and price-tag are, without exaggeration, unbeatable.Their take-away service is equally awesome, if not better.Try the Enchiladas Tipicas, or my favorite, the Carnitas platter.“

“This was our first trip to Hot Springs and we were unaware a lot of places closed early or closed on a Monday. Rolando’s was open and we opted to give it a try and are sure glad we did. First the service was great. Our server was very friendly and nice. We had Lula’s enchiladas and El Plato Cubano. We loved the presentation of the plates - very colorful. The flavors were surprising and delicious. There were pickled cucumbers that are the best I have ever had. The sauce drizzle on the plate edge was very flavorful and the overall dishes were very tasty.“

“This is a McJuanalds - noted by Speedy Gonzales lunch item.Tried Los Mayas today & it was good BUT nothing special. was hoping to find an independent Mexican restaurant with food variety beyond all the many different named McJuanalds restaurants around the South. What happened to Independent restaurants? This is the same chain that serves the Speedy Gonzales lunch - 1 enchilada, w/rice or beans & a Taco. These same restaurants are all over the South & always have the same menus although recently the menus are made to look different but it is all the same recipes & food. It is good but 20 years ago there were multiple Mexican restaurants all over but most are all McJuanalds now. Food is good but the variety which could once be found in Mexican food is gone.“
