“Don't know about you, yet sometimes just eating chips, salsa, and guac while reading a good book is a great experience. The staff made me feel comfortable and welcome, and were there ready to refill my iced tea just prior to my having the thought to ask. Being that this is a somewhat trying time in my life, I am thankful that I could enjoy being out and have a bit to eat in a comfortable and safe space. Thank you El Ranchito!“

“Cheese dip is nice and a tad spicy, which I think is very good. Salsa is very watery and runny but it is delicious and also has a nice kick to it, so I give it 5-stars also.
Margaritas are delicious, service is great, steak and fajitas were good. I took my Steak Mexicano home in a doggy bag and it was still nice and juicy after being reheated the next day. Very good place to eat.“

“So, to be clear this is a food truck. The guy who runs it was incredibly friendly and the food was delicious. Portions were really nice. Plan on taking it home unless you want to eat at a makeshift table outside the truck. I don't live in the area, but if I did I frequent this place.“

“I love Guti’s so much!! Both the Italian and Mexican menus are amazing. I’m not sure how they do it but every time I eat there I’m blown away by the variety of the two menus and the way the items are always cooked to perfection. We are very lucky to have a restaurant like this in Arkadelphia. I recommend Guti’s to everyone!“
