“Best tacos around, flavor is great, service is amazing. You wait a bit for food but that's what it takes when you order a dozen tacos just for one person haha. Sauces are spicy and worth it. Definitely recommend going there when you're looking to eat something with flavor. Horchata here is so tasty too everything is authentic.“
“This was some of the best food I have ever had the pleasure of eating! My wife and I were on our way back from the eclipse and decided to come to El Agaves for dinner. This dinner changed us!When we arrived our server Salvador (I believe his name is) served us hot tortilla chips with salsa, we also ordered a large guacamole. This isn't your regular store bought guac, this guacamole is made with the love a grandmother has for her grandchildren. It was better than any guacamole we've ever had in Mexico!I ordered the Carnitas with corn tortillas and my wife ordered the Chicken Fajitas with flour tortillas. To begin my Carnitas was the best pork I have ever had. It was so tender. I've eaten strawberries less tender than this pork. The rice, beans, pico de gallo was so flavourful. The rice was soft and well seasoned and the beans were smooth and rich.The corn tortillas smelled fresh and sweet. They remind me of the empanadas I get from my local Latin food market.My wife's chicken fajitas were also incredible! The chicken had very subtle seasoning which enhanced the chickens natural flavour and texture. It seems the chicken was cooked over a flame as each piece had perfect colour and texture. As for the pork this was some of the best chicken either of us have had in our lives.After dinner we ordered churros to go which we haven't had yet, though from the smell I can imagine they were made by angels in the highest level of heaven.Before leaving we decided to try the sopapillas. We had never heard of these. We have been missing out. They were soft, fluffy, light and sweet. Served with some agave nectar and whipped cream. It was the perfect way to end the meal!Our server was quick, attentive, professional, and very personable.The restaurant's atmosphere fits perfect with the theme of mexican restaurant. Next time I'm within 100 miles I will eat here. Better yet if you open a restaurant in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada I will eat there every day! (Please come to Ottawa, we have free health care!)On a more serious note; this was a fantastic experience and the best way to cap off a very long and exciting day!By the way if my review doesn't speak highly enough: there was a large table next to us of 20 people half of which were kids and they kept going on and on about how the food was incredible, as they said it was : Bussin'. Which from what I hear means they hold it in quite high regard!Come to this restaurant, support these fantastic people, enjoy the game changing food. You can thank me later.“
“We enjoy authentic Mexican food - hot and spicy. This was very Americanized and a bit bland but for folks who don’t fancy a lot of heat to their food, it is perfect. Our server was wonderful and very attentive. Hope doesn’t seem to have a lot of choices for sit down restaurants (not fast food). This is one of the best.“

“The food tastes like it does at most Taco Bell places. The service was kind of slow and I got the feeling the dine in patrons were put on the back burner. They have a really good selection of drinks here. My favorite thing was their drink machine had crushed ice that came out almost slushy like. It was a hot day and the ice just made the drink even better.“
“Who has been letting me sleep on EL RINCONSITO DE HOPE !!!! Absolutely the best Mexican restaurant I have ever been to!!!! Not only is the food the best the service was amazing! When I tell y’all it is the best I mean it! If you have not tried it, try it now! You will not be disappointed, I promise! Mayte was the best waiter! Super clean and friendly environment! She made sure we had everything we needed never had to wait for anything she was on top of everything ! If you are looking for a great place that is not only the best but budget friendly, this is the place! Will be going here for now on!“
