It has been a while since I visited the Colorado grill and I was disappointed with the service and the food. Chips and salsa was ok .. I waiter was completely disinterested.. prices were
"KETO" (or even "CARNIVORE") diet friendly! My guest and I shared the "Parrillada" platter and didnt have to strip away any carbs as would be expected (except maybe the early potatoes). The Ribeye, Ribs (asked without barbecue sauce) and shrimp were grilled and seasoned nicely. Special note: The ribs were moist and seasoned differently but it was absolutely delicious. I eat here about once a month when I work in Hot Springs & try something different each time. I have yet to be anything other than very very impressed each time. Their salsa has an amazing hint of smoked flavor to it, not overpowering at all, but very nice to have something original in a dip. Excellent service as well.
