“We are from out of town and stumbled across this place on our first morning here. I’m so glad we did! The absolute best coffee I’ve ever had. My husband and I went each morning of our trip and got different flavors each time - they were all absolute perfection!“

“Stopped by the Starbucks in Hot Springs, AR, and overall had a good experience. I got an iced coffee, and it was great — smooth, cold, and made just right. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a nice, relaxed vibe. Definitely a good spot to hang out for a bit.

One weird thing happened, though. A homeless man who had been sitting in the lobby before and after the incident came up and grabbed my coffee right from the counter. The barista handled it really well — they were quick, professional, and immediately remade my drink without any hassle. I appreciated how calmly they dealt with it.

That said, I do think the store should be a little stricter about asking people to leave if they’re causing problems. It would make things more comfortable for customers.

Other than that, everything was solid. The service was friendly, the drink was great, and I’d definitely come back. Hopefully next time it’s a little less eventful. I left the review at 5 stars because of how it was handled.“

“It’s a Starbucks, of course the food and drinks are great but the staff here is so friendly and patient! It was a little odd at first to have to go into the college to get here but it wasn’t too bad and was easy to find after asking a security guard lol. Don’t let gps keep you from stopping here, it’s a great Starbucks location!!!!

“The food here is excellent and reasonably priced! The Apple English Muffin was delicious-they have about 12 different English muffins. The food is great and the portions are generous. I highly recommend this place-you won’t be disappointed. Our server Sherri was so nice, friendly and efficient. “My grandson and I stopped in at the McDonald’s on Airport Road this morning and saw a packed parking lot. Wondering why, we went inside to order and saw lots of happy customers. As we approached the counter to order we saw the sweetest employee telling folks to have a great day and calling them by name. Sharon was very energetic and kind to us. After placing our orders Sharon said 37, and I asked if that was the price or our number. She replied “your age”! Now she’s my best friend!! I can’t say enough good things about the positive atmosphere, good breakfast food and prompt service we received this morning at the Airport Road McDonalds in Hot Springs, AR. And judging by the packed parking lot at 8:30, I’m not the only one who thinks so!! Give Sharon a raise!! She’s outstanding and a great example for us all.“

“The food was fine. The dining area, however, is a completely different situation. There so many flies they were landing all over me and my children. The floor was LITTERED with food and trash. I'm a manager at Taco Bell and this NEVER happens at my store because we know it takes 5 seconds to sweep and wipe down. Something McDonalds on Malvern Ave sorely needs to learn.“

“I came through before closing time and I was told at the pick up window the tea was out but the guy who I'm assuming is a manager (based off the shirt he was wearing) named Taylor was super nice apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a large chocolate shake besides getting the delicious shake his customer service was excellent, he had a smile the whole time while he was handing everything out of the window, he was super nice and very polite.“
