I’d describe this hotel as something out of The Shining—except that hotel looked far more inviting.
From the moment I checked in, the experience went downhill. I was informed that parking was located a block and a half away—even for guests with disabilities. The parking garage itself was in disarray: no designated accessible spots, and no elevator or stairs providing a direct route to the main level.

Bait & switch on billing after enduring the sloppiest front desk performance on Feb 13th... sent me to THREE different occupied rooms (with the keys 😬🤪) buncha dorks. Ordered a bloody Mary from the bar... had everything except the vodka. Buncha woodheads. Been going here since the 90s... enjoyed the atmosphere, long bathtubs in the spa, probably spent $10-15K there over the years. But the last bill was enough screwing up for me.
