The rooms were spotless and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. We visited at Christmas, and the holiday décor was absolutely beautiful!
We just enjoyed a 3 night visit at The Arlington.
We booked a Junior Suite and it was nice, the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. It is dated in many ways as the hotel is historic .
The kindergarten toilets in the morning bathroom were the Worst!

I love the beauty and cleanliness of the Arlington. The room was clean the ac kept us cool. Taking a shower with the thermal water from the hot springs felt amazing!! The staff was very helpful and attentive. They have a lovely pool and hot tub to enjoy! Bring your pet, bring your kids! We had a beautiful view from our room. Based on the reviews, The Venetian Dining Room offers an amazing dining experience with excellent service from friendly and attentive wait staff. The atmosphere is enjoyable, though a live band may not match the elegant ambiance. The food is outstanding, with specific meals like the Wagyu Beef Meatloaf, Tortellini Chicken Alfredo, and crab tortellini being great. The Sunday brunch is good, with extra stations for prime rib and crepes, and a fresh donut station. The prime rib is delicious and pairs well with eggs Benedict. However, the seafood buffet has mixed reviews. While the flambe station and cook to order shrimp pasta are delicious, other dishes in the big silver buffet servers can be cold, and desserts like cake may be dried out. The selection of seafood such as shrimp, oysters, and crab can be scarce. The Monday breakfast buffet has much less variety but costs less. Overall, the dining experience is well worth the price for some, though others were disappointed by cold food and limited shellfish options.
