I come to Hot Springs once a year for work and had always looked forward to the Friday night Seafood Buffet. Though the quality of selection of the buffet had gone down over the years, it was still a highlight of my convention trip each year. I had not been for the last 3 years due to COVID and other scheduling issues, and when I when I went this time I was highly disappointed.
