Awesome place to eat. Great and friendly service!!
Rolando’s has flavorful food and beautiful presentation. The patio is nice and unique (and hidden, we didn’t know about it for a loooong time). Even as locals, Rolando’s is on our favorites list.
Taco salad with pork was my latest tasty choice. Try it!
We also love that the Chef’s are so friendly, greeting from the line when guests arrive and thanking them when they leave. Their passion shines through their tasty creations.

Rolando's Nuevo Latino Restaurante offers amazing food with unique options like authentic Ecuadorian cuisine. The plato adventura, a little of everything, is a must. The flaming cheese dip is a must try. The Susu and enchiladas are phenomenal. The food is excellent, well seasoned yet not excessive, and served quickly. The outdoor patio is so so amazing, basically covered by trees and built into the rock, with a cool atmosphere like being in the mountains. There is a grotto behind the restaurant, perfect for a bite and a beverage after a day walking. The service is wonderful, with attentive, polite, and personable staff. Overall such a good experience.
