Definitely want to try more on the menu, especially excited about the quesabarilla ramen ?“
“This is a small, family run business. I feel good about spending my money here. The food was great. We had the beef pot roast, chicken tetrazinni, and chicken and dumplings. We also had the garlic bread and green beans. All of it was great. I would say the chicken and dumplings and the beef pot roast were better in my opinion than the tetrazinni.The banana pudding is pretty good and the ding ding cake is phenomenal.We stopped here on the first night of our trip and bought dinners for the 3 nights we were in town. It was great and so much less expensive than eatting out every night. I wish they were local to me! I would be back for sure. Even my picky 3 year old approved.“

“This was our first visit to Hot Sprimgs and the first visit to the English Muffin County Kitchen. When I tell you that the variety of English muffins this place has is extraordinary. I had the sweet wheat muffin, and my daughters had the wild blueberry. The meat omelet minus the ham. You can't go wrong with the food here. Our waitress was very informative, and anything we aaked her about concerning the menu she was able to tell us. This place keeps a wait, I would suggest you go early. This place will be top on my list if I ever visit Hot Springs again.“

“This place was swamped on Tuesday night. The decor and history of the place were really cool to learn about. I didn't even realize that they had to take the front of the building off in order to get the bar inside. The bar itself is the original since it was first built. We stopped in a nightcap. They have a little stage and place for music in the back. The only issue I found was that the place was small, so seating was super tight, and there were many tables right on top of each other. The staff was super accommodating in trying to make everyone in the place comfortable, given the tight seating.“

“We arrived from Nevada to celebrate my daughters 40th birthday. I was craving bbq and collard greens. My daughter recommended the Rib Cage BBQ and it was awesome!! The ribs were fall off the bone fantastic. The loaded baked potato was enough to feed four. The best!!!I was still craving collard greens but they were sold out. I told the owner that I travelled 2000 miles to have some great greens. She promised to make some for me and they would be ready the following day. My son in law picked up two quarts of collard greens the following day. I ate one entire quart in one sitting. THE BEST GREENS I EVER ATE!! Thank you to the owners for the excellent customer service and outstanding bbq. We will definitely stop back, every time we visit my daughter, son in law and the grandkids.“

We've always received good service, polite folks at both windows, and although we realize that inflation has hit us hard in the last few years, it's still the "best joint in town"..... We live about 25 miles outside of Hot Springs, but anytime we are in the Springs, we always have to swing by KK at least for some ice cream... preferably more.“
“Fried catfish was excellent. The fried shrimp looked flattened. (Like from a pre-frozen box?) French fries were limp, soft and barely warm. Not crispy at all. Coleslaw was ok. Tasted and looked like there was mustard in it. It had a yellowish tint. Not used to that in coleslaw but, may be the way they make it in this area.“

“I love a good dairy bar, and when I saw this one I knew I had to give it a try. I ordered a cheese burger, onion rings and small butterscotch milk shake. The total came up to $17.48. Which is normal for a dairy bar! Now the service was great. They were super nice, and helpful. The milk shake was great, and the onion rings we okay. I was most excited to try the burger. I hate to say it let me down. It could be "fire", but it was not. If they would toast the bun a little with some butter. Season the burger patty a little that burger would SMASH!!!!!!!!!“

There is a lot of seating so they must get extremely busy, when we visited we had a hard time finding a seat but we came in the middle of lunch - not complaining, just an observation.I tried their version of the French Dip sandwich, I was hoping they would have a Reuben but the French Dip works and it was quite tasty. My partner ordered a salad. She had been here before and she told me that the salads are huge and delicious. Her salad was huge, she told me she was pleased with her order.Vegetarian options: There are items that are vegetarian friendly.Parking: There is a lot of parking but during peak times, these spots can fill up quickly. This place is in a busy shopping center across from a hospital.“

She had been craving lobster and by happy coincidence, it was a Monday and the special was a Maine lobster tail and shrimp scampi! We were pleasantly surprised that the lobster tail wasn't tiny and both it and the shrimp were delicious! The cocktails were okay, but my espresso martini had cream in it when I requested that it wouldn't. “Great course. Challenging and should study layout before playing. (Saw a low rating on here because of layout - weird.. who always wants an easy course?). I've played 3 times now and getting better at layout. Most fairways and greens are nice. Beautiful course and very nice folks playing and running pro shop! Had catfish at 19th hole - great food. Only reason I don't have 5 stars is a few dirt spots on some fairways. Enjoyed the challenge! Great for the price!“
“Can do Keto breaking fasts here ...but tell the waitstaff "NO bread or peanuts" from start to finish. Of course no fried stuff or desert. Green beans (with beacon) and brocholi (warning: sometimes served raw) with a variety of meats and my CGM shows no blood sugar spikes. We get the dual pork loin (about 8oz ea) and double dreen beans and share. Water, unsweet tea or diet coke for us drink wise. We leave a 25% tip for serving us two. We like the apropriate portions and the value. Never a problem. However, it can be noisy from crowds and music. The grill is good! Not really a quiet low key romantic spot. Duh. Lol“
