Great Bar and Grill. Excellent service and food. Best fried shrimp around. Wonderful outdoor patio overlooking Lake Balboa.
We loved it! Popped in for a quick lunch. Amazing attitudes and atmosphere. Portion sizes are larger than expected 😳 and so delicious. This is a must try!
Just wanted to take a moment and let everyone know what a GREAT experience we had yesterday at the Sunset Grill!!! We had a party of 18 for my brother in law’s birthday and I called Friday and they were able to get us a reservation upstairs!!! It was an amazing experience for our family the upstairs area is gorgeous with gorgeous views of Lake Balboa!! Sunset Grill offers exceptional service and delicious food with a beautiful view of the lake. Guests can enjoy meals like hamburger steak with grilled mushrooms and onions, baked potato casserole, firecracker shrimp, and Shrimp and Scallop pasta, which many find delicious. The outdoor seating provides an amazing sunset view, making it a lovely spot to dine. The scenery on the balcony and the fantastic waitstaff create a pleasurable dining experience. Kids love the chicken tenders, and the Cajun pasta is great. While the creamy shrimp scampi and shrimp Alfredo could use some improvement, the fried mushrooms and fried pickles received positive mentions. There is a nice-sized parking lot, although it can get crowded. The staff is kind and attentive, ensuring guests have everything they need. Many return for the desserts after visiting Lake Balboa. It's a beautiful place by the marina, where visitors can enjoy their meals right on the lake. However, some feel the prices are a bit high.
