“What a lovely experience, with views overlooking the western sky and surrounding forest. The special of the day (Cajun Etouffee) was fantastic, though the accompanying green bean side was somewhat lackluster. The homemade apple pie was excellent!“

“It's a good steakhouse. Honestly a gem of Morrilton. The staff are mostly very friendly and know how to make you feel welcome, and they keep your drinks full. Also fairly priced. I come here alone and pay about $28 for my meal with 2 sides, which is plenty enough for an average person to be stuffed. I always get the Smoked Sirloin if they have it, it's AMAZING. Every single time I ordered it, it was cooked exactly as I requested. Atmosphere is about what you'd expect. Lots of cowboy stuff and it's dark, which I like. Try the sweet potato fries!“

“Yesterday’s Bar & Grill delivered a really solid Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap with fries. I went with the grilled chicken, Petit Jean bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and ranch, and it all came together well.
The grilled chicken was juicy and well seasoned, with just enough char to give it that fresh-off-the-grill flavor. The Petit Jean bacon added a slight sweetness that paired really well with the chicken and ranch. Everything in the wrap tasted fresh, and the portion was satisfying without feeling overdone.
The fresh cut fries are absolutely worth ordering in my opinion. They had a good texture and made a great side for the wrap, even though they do offer other side options.
One of the best parts, they bring the whole bottle of ranch to the table, which is a huge perk if you like to add as much as you want. Add in their 50% off happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m., cold beer, good music, and friendly staff, and Yesterday’s really feels like a hidden treasure from the past, a place where generosity, great food, and a relaxed atmosphere still matter.“
