The pizza was good, but the app and website need to be updated.
Order was at 75 minutes with no delivery. Called the store and the manager told me that the driver had two deliveries in my neighborhood. After the first delivery the driver left to deliver somewhere else before coming back supposedly. Turns out they didn’t have the gate code but also didn’t have a working phone so they couldn’t call. When the manager called he asked if I still wanted the order but offered no apologies or compensation for the delay.
For the most part its always a good experience with them and never have any issues. The only thing that really irritates me is they seem to never cut the pizzas all the way and have to finish cutting them when I get home. Also the wings being done with barely in sauce is ridiculous. Most people when they ordered sauced wings want them to be sauced. Not just lighting dribbled on there and sauce on the side. That isnt how wings are supposed to be done.
