“My husband and I eat at the Bryant Chick-fil-A almost once a week. He has dementia and a bit of a mobility issue. We have always been treated with patience and kindness. This week when we went it was not raining when we got there but was pouring when we were ready to leave. One of the workers insisted on getting us an umbrella. She used it to get me to the car then hurried back in to stay with my husband as I drove around. She helped me get him in the car…he didn’t get wet but she and I did in spite of a big umbrella. She truly was thoughtful and kind and patient with a dementia patient and his rattled wife. (I will be better prepared for the weather). Sadly we didn’t get her name but we will on our next trip. We can’t thank her enough for her kindness and her help. She didn’t say let me know if I can help you she said I AM going to help you and this is what we will do. Thank you again♥️“

“We visited this location after 11 am this morning. We were greeted when we entered. All employees were friendly. The restaurant and the bathroom were clean. We all had the very filling Buffalo mac and cheese bowls. The lemonade was the best lemonade we've had at a fast food restaurant in a very long time. The peach tea was perfection.“

“I eat here once a month while visiting family in Benton; I have to admit we get the same meal each time. However, those chicken strips with potatoes and gravy are always great! Fast service whether I order online or in person. Polite help and management at the counter. They must be doing something right, this KFC is always busy!“

“There wasn't alot to choose from at the time I was there, but got the chicken club on a croissant and it was good. Had cheese and bacon no veggies. The apple pie was Large and was yummy. The corn dog was fresh, it was those short and fat dog style.“
