At KFC, customers experience a mix of service. While some may face issues with availability of items, others praise the helpful waitstaff. The restaurant's location between busy streets makes parking a challenge. Employees are noted for their friendly and polite demeanor, taking pride in their work and providing excellent service. Many customers appreciate how respectful and personable the staff are, often asking if they want to wait a few extra minutes for fresh food. The food is generally described as hot, fresh, and worth coming back for, with some mentioning that the chicken tastes like the original KFC. Despite occasional hiccups in communication and rising prices—such as a family bucket going from $30 to $50—the quick drive-thru service and cleanliness contribute to a positive experience. Overall, KFC offers a fast-paced environment with a range of experiences depending on interactions with the staff.
