The Buttered Biscuit is now open and serves delicious food in a beautiful location. The Aztec bowl is a standout, with a wonderful cat head-sized biscuit and orange honey butter. The chicken sausage is good, but be prepared for a possible delay at the host stand. The biscuit and gravy is a must-try, with the biscuit being absolutely the best. While the gravy could use some improvement, the pigs in the blanket need work.
