Tea Capital not only has a warm and lovely atmosphere for customers, Anna (owner) creates amazing bubble tea and very tasty items from her food menu - I highly recommend the Thai Popcorn Chicken! The Aloo Tikki was amazing too. Thank you, Anna, for such a lovely afternoon that my family and I enjoyed. We will certainly return to Tea Capital!
The very best Bubble Tea I’ve ever had, made to order with lots of attention and care. The sister-owners are very kind and friendly. We took out of town guests there and they loved it. Very chill atmosphere.
The sisters were very sweet and very knowledgeable. We had never had boba before and they let us try different ones. They made our first boba experience a super positive one.

Food got great coffee, banh mi, blueberry shortcake and pina colada, all face‑meltingly good. The atmosphere is comfy with plants, games, nick nacs and a small assortment of vintage clothing. Pricing is fair and service is patient and inviting. The place is a quiet nook for study or a visit, with a pleasantly surprised ambiance and great food. People can stop by, support the owners and enjoy the custom tea and a bite to eat.
