Emerald was very knowledgeable about everything 501 Prime, very attentive, friendly and engaged! Actually, not a single employee walked by our table that didn’t stop and engaged in a conversation. “Food was wonderful.
The floor had trash and was dirty. A quick swipe and i wouldnt of felt i was sitting in filth. It was around noon. Not many people in there. Like i said just takes a second to sweep up everything they just wiped onto the floor. Not easy wheelchair access.even the little bit of handycap parking was so tight, it was hard getting in and out of the car. The doors to the entrance are heavy. Takes more than one person to get the wheelchair in. Had staff help coming into dinning room, buy nobody around to help leave. Wheelchair doesn't just fit under the table but tables have a slide out. You have to remind staff that the tables slide out, so you can eat in comfort rather than leave a trail of food from the plate to your mouth. Service was good. It was forced smile to my face as soon as she turned around you could see how she really felt. Maybe she was tired.“
