Come here for the views and it you want to sit outside and hang with friends. One of the few places open after dark. Great spot and great view, but dank smell and so-so service. Bartender and helper (cook?, not sure what he was doing). Outdoor "heaters" are more for ambiance and not really for heat. Pricey. $12 for a small slice of cheesecake they clearly bought frozen. First time here with my friend and the view was amazing. We love the atmosphere but the service was awful. We ordered an appetizer and after that, we decided to leave cause the service was very unprofessional but Ceveche deserves 4 stars. Our server didn't give us water, silverware, napkins, or plates until we asked. If the place was packed we could understand but it wasn't We had to ask for plates and she brought us 1 plate with two forks at least. My friend has to walk to the...read full review
