Staff was lazy. One was sitting in the dining area, no one behind the register, no one to freet. Once served, they looked as if I owed them something or they had better things to do. The latte was terrible. One sip and I sent it to the bin. $10.10 in the bin with the latte.
This dunkin has the worst possible service. The workers are always very nice, but 4/5 times they get my order incorrect... never something complicated. I don't ever want sugar in my drink. I say it over the speaker and at the window, and nearly every time, there's still sugar in the drink. It's never busy enough to warrant so many incorrect orders, but the communication between workers is terrible.Dietary restrictions: They put sugar in your drink even when you ask them not to....read full review

Sat at order kiosk for over 5 minutes, so drove up to the window to order. Sweet girl took my order but rang things up wrong and I paid for the wrong ticket. Additional employee tried to fix things but got frustrated then got rather rude and told me she was going to have to give me my order for free but it was more expensive?? Then handed me back my card and walked off.
