Felisha at the drive thru window is a sweet person. She is always so nice and friendly. She makes the best Gold Medal shakes.
Jy is seriously the sweetest human on the planet. Go to Dunkin Donuts on Central across from Kroger in Hot Springs whenever you can!! She makes the best matcha latte tea!!
Love this place but i can’t even lie the service is abhorrent. You could sit in the drive through waiting to be serviced from 1 minute to 15, there’s no telling. The very last time I went the employee at the window reconfirmed my order at least 5 separate times, no exaggeration. I waited and waited on my drink after being asked my drink order AT LEAST 5 times and after all that I got the completely wrong drink. Not even the same liquid. However, be prepared for a long wait in the drive-thru, as one customer was late to work due to a 25-minute wait. While some staff are consistent and fix the ice coffee just the way customers like it, others do not.
