It's 2 in the afternoon on a 101 degree Saturday. We stopped in for some ice cream to cool down. There were very few flavors to choose from and about 1/3 were empty containers. One being vanilla, which is what I wanted. The restrooms were just ok. Not super clean, but not super dirty. But, I did try a new flavor, Jamoca. It was great.
I just called to order an ice cream birthday cake, as my grands love this special treat. The woman was most unhelpful...stated they don't make custom cakes any more. So I asked if they had some that were ready to purchase; she said no. So I asked when they would be getting some in stock; she didn't know. It's sad that this is the customer service we're dealing with these days...no product and uninformed staff. Yet Baskin Robbins still advertises custom cakes on its website.
we paid for a very expensive custom cookie cake and had several issues
1- order was not ready when promised
2- they said it would be ready in 1-2 hours and took more than 5-6 hours
3- ice cream flavor was wrong
I left 3 messages (one via voicemail, one with employee, and tried to talk to someone a 3rd time - they hung up on me and when I called back, they let it ring to voicemail).
I would be very wary of this establishment - I absolutely understand mistakes...read full review

Baskin-Robbins offers a nice atmosphere and seating area, but is understaffed and may take a while to take your order. The layout can be confusing. However, the ice cream is typically good and the staff is friendly. Note: phone orders and online ordering are not available, and the donut selection may be limited.
