Sat in the drove through for a mobile order for over half hour; late for work and the employee at the window didn’t even apologize that they were so backed up. Would have left but couldn’t due to poor design of drive through. Couldn’t cancel order because they wouldn’t refund my money NEVER be back!!!!

Sat at order kiosk for over 5 minutes, so drove up to the window to order. Sweet girl took my order but rang things up wrong and I paid for the wrong ticket. Additional employee tried to fix things but got frustrated then got rather rude and told me she was going to have to give me my order for free but it was more expensive?? Then handed me back my card and walked off.

Staff was lazy. One was sitting in the dining area, no one behind the register, no one to freet. Once served, they looked as if I owed them something or they had better things to do. The latte was terrible. One sip and I sent it to the bin. $10.10 in the bin with the latte.

Experience ever been there twice and they never get your cough, right mine was supposed to have extra sugar and extra caramel tasted awful. Didn’t have extra caramel caramel at all. It didn’t have any sugar in it. I will never return to this Dunkin’ Donuts, or any Dunkin’ Donuts at that matter, not the only one that’s ever done. This never have gotten anything right at Dunkin’ Donuts. Never recommend going there for anybody.

This dunkin has the worst possible service. The workers are always very nice, but 4/5 times they get my order incorrect... never something complicated. I don't ever want sugar in my drink. I say it over the speaker and at the window, and nearly every time, there's still sugar in the drink. It's never busy enough to warrant so many incorrect orders, but the communication between workers is terrible.Dietary restrictions: They put sugar in your drink even when you ask them not to. Diabetics beware.
Every time that I've gone here the staff has always been nice while taking orders, the food is always so nice, and the coffee is good.Parking: There is plenty of parking on the side and front of the building and If they are all taken to to the back of the buildingKid-friendliness: There is a spot to sit down and there aren't many things that kids could mess with. There are many different drinks and food options that would be more befitting for a kid like a sprinkle donut.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs in the establishment and everything is pretty much flat ground so it is open to wheelchairs.
