MY FIRST VISIT THE FOOD IS OKAY THE CHIPS THAT WERE SITTING BY THE REGISTER ON THE COUNTER WERE STALE AND HARD I WAS DISAPPOINTED 😞
Decided to give chipotle another chance and I’m glad I did! The food was fresh and so good! I had the bowl with honey chipotle and it hit the spot!

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Hot Springs offers a variety of tasty options like cilantro lime rice, chicken, steak, barbacoa, carnitas, and fresh guacamole. The team works hard to serve customers, even late into the night. The restaurant shows promise and a dedication to improving over time. Customers love the bowls and appreciate the addition of Chipotle to Hot Springs, as it brings more variety to the area. The staff are knowledgeable and seem to genuinely care about the quality of the food they serve, providing excellent service. While the food is consistent with other Chipotle locations, the honey chicken is described as more flavorful and full of sauce. However, some customers have noted issues with cleanliness in the seating area, as others do not clean up after themselves.
