I don't expect much from a fast food experience, so I'm usually happy when I leave. Today was the exception and this didn't happen to me but I witnessed it while I was eating my taco. The manager was speaking loudly into the drive thru head set "I won't give door dash the order in drive thru, it's for mobile orders, you'll have to come inside!" silence while she listens to the response "Door dash has to come inside!" then more silence. This is the best Taco Bell location in Hot Springs in my opinion. Sometimes when they are slammed they will mess up an order, but that's expected & they always fix it courteously.

When I went in there to order, a customer was screaming and yelling at one of the appeared to be managers, they were both yelling and screaming at each other. It was quite a drama mess.
