I will only order from Jonah at this Pizza Hut because when we do he makes sure our pizza comes out perfect and fresh everytime. If I were in a position to hire I'd suggest you hire more like this gentleman. Jonah cooked our dinner tonight and we are completely satisfied. We have never met Jonah in person and perhaps one day we will get to but until then WELL DONE Jonah! Keep it up and we will keep coming back 😉 Thank you again!
Ordered over the phone. Didn't catch the girls name. She was so kind and helpful. And the delivery driver was the same. Pizza Hut should give their amazing employees a raize..especially pizza hut in Benton Arkansas....
Lewis delivered my pizza. It was hot and fresh and his service was absolutely outstanding! He was kind and polite amd had a smile on his face. Its been decades since ive seen delivery like this!

Pizza Hut is a popular restaurant known for its diverse menu and commitment to customer satisfaction. The staff is dedicated to resolving any issues promptly, exemplified by a young lady named Megan who went above and beyond to help a customer with an app issue. The restaurant offers ample parking for both dine-in and delivery customers. While the Cinnabon Mini Rolls and cheese sticks did not meet expectations for some customers, management addressed these concerns with respect and promised to make it right on the next visit. Despite some mixed reviews on certain items, customers have praised the overall quality of the Ultimate Pizza, which was described as delicious and fresh, with fast delivery and friendly drivers. Overall, Pizza Hut strives to provide a pleasant dining experience, focusing on food quality and customer service.
