We stopped by this afternoon to redeem my son’s Book It certificate for a free personal pan pizza, and the young woman who helped us at the register was so kind and friendly. She even brought the pizza out to our car when it was ready. The pizza itself looked yummy! My son ate every bite!

When is went in to pick up my pizza there was a lady boxing pizzas didn't even look at me or say anything to me .. I had called in a new pizza bites .worst pizza I ever ate crust was very thin wasn't much cheese in the bites the pepperoni was greasy. After waiting for 5 min.someone came out of the back ask me if I wanted to order a pizza I explained I had called an order in . The 11 dollor pizza cost me 17 dollars and it was the worst pizza I ever ate. And staff was rude

Can't give a star on the food since we never received it. Placed an online order, and it said 25 minutes. When we arrived, there was a line around the building with cars of people waiting for their orders. We parked to go in to get our order, only to find the door locked with a note saying the lobby was closed due to construction. So we got in line, and after waiting 20 minutes and the line not moving, my wife checked online and saw our order hadn't even been started. She called to speak to someone about canceling the order. She waited on hold for over 20 minutes the first time, over 30 minutes the second time, and gave up. While I understand many places were without power afterward and they were slammed, it's still inexcusable not to answer the phone.
Pulled up to Pizza Hut and was having trouble with Pizza Hut app. Then a pretty young lady named Megan was walking inside Pizza Hut. I signalled her over to my car and she fixed my app issue ! She went above and beyond to help me! She exemplifies what customer service should be. Thank you Megan for being awesome! Thank you Pizza Hut for great pizza!
Had delivery on this Ultimate Pizza order and was pleasantly surprised. It was absolutely delicious everything fresh and popping with flavor. Delivery was fast and the driver super nice. This place beats Dominos in every area. It is my new pizza place.
