Rib Crib is my new most favorite BBQ place of Any state. Located in Benton, AK on the Eastbound side of I-30 you might miss it but it’s worth backtracking to get yourself Here- where the giant St Louis rib plate has off the bone tenderness via a rub or a sticky Okie sauce.

The table choices of extra BBQ for slathering are a mild Okie barbecue sauce, a truly medium heat but Excellent spicy barbecue sauce, and a hard to beat Carolina vinegary mustard sauce you...

Today the service and the food were both FANTASTIC. We got pulled pork & smoked chicken to make sandwiches at home. I also got the smokin' chicken nachos and they were amazing as always!
