Last night we went to taco bell in benton off military road. This is literally the 4th time in row they have messed up on our order. My wife and I ordered about $30 worth of food. We get home and part of our order is missing, the burritos are just thrown together, one of the chicken Flatbread has no chicken or sauce in it. Hardly got any cheese in my cup for the nachos. I ordered my order online for lunch and then waited 20 minutes to pick it up. When I arrived there was already 6 cars through the drive through. Judging from the other cars extensive wait time at the speaker then it was clear no worker was communicating with customers through the speaker. After waiting for nearly 20 minutes in line I just went to the window to get my online order. We sat in the drive through line for 15 minutes upon which when we reached the speaker was asked to hold on for another 15 minutes. After the line in front us had cleared out within that 15 minutes , we asked if anyone was there. The response was the same" Hold on."
