Food is great but I've been trying for almost two months to get in touch with a manager to resolve an issue with not getting multiple trips credited through the rewards app. Management will not respond to emails or phone calls. Asked the BBB to get into touch and they won't respond to them either. Not a good way to conduct business. I'll take mine to little Rock. More of a drive but way better management and customer service

Heard about this place from work. I've visited businesses all around here but for some reason never noticed this one. The atmosphere is great and appropriate. I walked in for take out. I love sushi but wasn't too impressed by the selection so opted for the Chicken Bowl with Miso soup. I didn't wait long for my order. The chicken was juicy but not a lot of flavor. The veggies and rice was good and the soup was Miso. All in all is was okay but I guess you go in for the atmosphere and music.

This was my first time trying this place. I did a take out order. I got the trio hibachi which was not a big portion of food. I ordered some sushi as well and it had a strong ginger taste. I didn’t like that I had to give my card info over the phone.
Fun atmosphere and great food. Can't go wrong with any of the menu options. It one of my kids favorite places to go. Staff is always friendly and the restaurant is kept clean.

I came here on 9/16 and dined in for lunch. It was a great experience. Our server was terrific! But I called in on 9/17 to order to go at 9:30 pm. The woman who took my order on the phone (Nala M) was coarse and short with me when i was trying to place my order. She said, “It will be done in 15 minutes, and you have to give your card over the phone if you want to place an order. We close at 10 pm so that you know.” i said okay, see you soon, and she hung up without saying anything else.
I am not from here; my dad passed away a few days ago. I am here to make final arrangements with my sister as he lives in this town. The day before, I thought, “Wow, my dad would have loved this place.” today, i think, “Wow, my dad would have said forget it on the phone; I'll go somewhere else.”
When you're grieving, it's hard even to want to eat. You lose track of time and realize, “Wow, I haven't eaten today.” Being kind in customer service would not be so difficult, but I guess not.
When we came in at 9:45 pm, the food was not ready. Nala, the person working who took my phone order, had a severe attitude. She then went to the area where the Togo orders were and asked the kitchen rudely, “Where's the Togo order?! " That's when I realized this was just this woman's general attitude when we came in. I get you want to go home. It's the night's end, but your hours say 10 pm, and we called in to order at 9:30 pm. I feel bad for the kitchen staff. This woman sounds awful to work with and has a hostile work environment.
After tonight, I won't be back. That's not the kind of energy i want to interact with or consume. 🤮 it's very rare for me to write a review like this, but it was a disturbing experience.

Ok, I will say I loved rock and roll, but recently the wontons have been fishy and making me sick to my stomach. Now the sushi was also not fresh at all it is definitely not worth the time or the money. Especially when you're on a date with your boyfriend and you have to sit silent in the truck before you get home, so you can run to the bathroom, or in this case a minchies ice cream. Not happy whatsoever. I used to love this place. Not any more.
when there for the firs time and we liked the food. so far the best Asian around town. the only complaint is my appetizer was cold and asked them to nuke it, but she said they would remake it, the problem is the order went to the back of the line and by the time i got we were done with dinner. They need to think that thru a little better. Other wise its our new place to eat.
