“I come here for the ribs. Best around by a wide margin. Wonderful bark and needs no sauce, though what they have on hand is a nice supplement if that's your thing. Today I was feeling frisky and tried the catfish and was blown away. Large portions perfectly cooked. I had thought of this place as a BBQ joint that had catfish on the side - nope. It's a catfish place that servers killer BBQ. Excellent all-around.“

“I’ve gone to this Slim Chickens plenty of times but just now getting around to writing a review.
My service today was FLAWLESS. Fast to take my order and quick to get it out. I sat at the drive thru window less than 2 minutes before I was paid up, had my food and was mashing the gas pedal outta there.
The food? Oh, *bleeping* phenomenal. Given the choice between it and Layne’s just down the road, I’d pick SC’s 100/100 times. Laynes is pure rubbish and only good for immediately throwing in the toilet.

“We’ve eaten here several times and have never had a bad meal or bad service. People who complain there aren’t any great restaurants in Benton have obviously not been here. If someone asks me if I want to go to Blue Heaven my answer is always going to be yes. There are some people who would consider it expensive, but quality comes at a price. If you’ve not eaten here, do yourself a favor and go.“
