Subway Eat Fresh.. ha what a joke. Out of everything what they did have was in questionable condition, Soda fountain was out, employee on a personal call the entire time. Good job subway!! 👏

During my visit, I ordered a sandwich that included artisan bread, which unfortunately was not fresh—it was extremely hard and inedible. I had no choice but to remove the contents and discard the bread entirely.

Additionally, I was charged for a Fresh Meal, which I did not request, and I did not receive the accompanying fountain drink and chips. This discrepancy added to my overall dissatisfaction with the experience.

The staff member assisting me appeared uncertain of the process, distracted, or overwhelmed. I was asked multiple times the same questions regarding the size of the sandwich, the type of bread, and whether I wanted it toasted. While it is understandable to repeat a question once for clarity, being asked several times throughout the process was disconcerting and gave the impression of disorganization.

I did reach through online support after try twice to get the manager at the store. Who seemed not to be on the premises and staff was uncertain to when they would be. My reply to my complaint was answered by the general manager with a GENERIC FORM LETTER! This is not an acceptable or satisfactory response to customer complaints. Remember it is customer who keeps your business running.

I will no longer be using this location on Military Rd, Benton, Ar.

We placed a mobile delivery order here through the subway app. And didn’t receive our chips and on my sandwich I found some hair in it. Also my sandwich wasn’t warmed up it was still cold and cheese wasn’t melted my wife’s meatball sandwich was cold as well there was no way to reach out through the mobile app very dissatisfied worker wasn’t any help either will be contacting the storage manager in the morning this was placed in my wife’s account

Order for delivery and the driver has been waiting 30 minutes trying to pick it up! When she asked how much longer, they holler at her and said they would go slower if she kept asking!! Will no longer order from the store on military road!!

Placed order through DoorDash. Food arrived quickly, but the food was terrible.

1) The chicken on the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sandwich was cold as ice.
2) Ultimate bacon chicken ranch sandwich had 2 pieces of bacon. It was basically a mayonnaise sandwich.

Normally I love this location and everyone is pleasant, food is great
but this is the first time I’ve had Cherish and genuinely I would pick somewhere else if I saw her at the counter again. Extremely rude, huffy, and irritated to have customers in the building at all. She treated every step of the order as if we were a burden to her, sighed and rolled her eyes multiple times with each additional sandwich ordered, and at the end when she asked if that was everything and we said yes, she rolled her eyes and said “I hope so”. Had to tell her multiple times our order was together, and she made us pay before the order was finished. Had to re-grab her attention multiple times to even have all the sandwiches in the order made, because she repeatedly tried to end the order with each sandwich. Also had to repeat ourselves multiple times despite listing veggies slowly as she put them on and she still had to have many steps repeated to her, as she tried to leave multiple things off all three sandwiches. Those last two wouldn’t have bothered me so much if she didn’t sigh, roll her eyes, and huff at us the entire time. She also left the only other two customers present standing there waiting while she treated our three sandwich order like multiple separate orders. Genuinely I would walk right back out if Cherish was ever the only employee in the building again. Otherwise this location is absolutely wonderful.

The location was clean. The workers were in a rush even though there was barely 5 people in line. They didn’t read any of the special instructions on the receipt for online ordering. They decided; instead of remaking my sub they would double toast it instead. They didn’t put the right sauces on it. The lady working the line was rude.
This was my second time coming to this location and I must say the service here is similar to ones you’d avoid going to for safety reasons.

Parking: Plenty of places to park even during lunch.

Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp is accessible and isn’t steep or broken apart.

Food was good but 2 12" subs and 2 20 oz drinks with delivery $55.00. That's not the fault of the employees they do there job great but these prices have to get back to the days before covid. It is cheaper to eat at home
