Impeccable customer service. The hive is so delicious. 21c museum hotels are always absolutely flawless and bentonville is no exception. The art is moving and carefully curated. 21c museum hotels are a destination in of themselves. 24 hour art gallery, beautiful spaces and dining options. 10/10
Due to massive construction in the area, it is very difficult to get to this hotel. Once you are there, it is difficult to walk to anything due to the construction. Timing of construction completion is not clear.
I loved MOST of my stay at 21c Museum hotel in Bentonville: The beautiful art that graced the lobby area and guest room spaces, the whimsical penguins placed strategically and surprisingly throughout the hotel, the warm and friendliness of the staff. Having the night cap offered was a nice touch, and having to travel alone, the bar area and restaurant were a welcome amenity. The room and bed were well appointed and very comfortable, and the housekeeping service five star.
