Went for pizza lunch today for the first time and really enjoyed it! Chef Jon was awesome and it is a great atmosphere. Can't believe more people don't go here for the lunch buffet. I recommended he hand out pizza samples thru the garage window at the end of the buffet period. I'll be telling all my friends! Lunch Buffet is 11-2. I was in town overnight for work, had an uncool experience waiting forever for service at the on site bar/ restaurant at the hotel I was staying at, and ventured into town to look for food. Happened on this place, had a few good beers and one of the absolute best chicken pesto pizzas I've ever had, which is saying something (folks often burn them), and great conversation with genuine people. A part of me does not want to post this cause it still feels like a secret, but jeez the Lunch Buffet is incredible. It isn’t just cheese, pepperoni, and sausage. They make some really good and creative pizza and even encourage you to come up with your own creations. They work fast to keep them coming and if you can’t have a beer over lunch the Abita root beer is a treat.
