I've been going to Big Whiskey for several years, and it's consistently been an amazing experience. Tori, my favorite bartender and server, is a standout every single time. She greets everyone with a warm smile and gives her full attention to each guest, making you feel like you're her top priority — even when the place is packed. Her professionalism and genuine care make every visit memorable. I’d recommend her again and again!

Waited over hr and half for food and when it came out fries were cold and ribs so tuff could barel y cut meat off bone. Normally is our goto spot but it was terrible. Left there and went to Chilis to eat.

Ordered granny Smith turkey gouda, description: Thinly sliced turkey with melted gouda cheese, savory bacon jam and crisp Granny Smith apple slices. Served on toasted berry wheat bread.
Got my sandwich and it was cut in half, only half the sandwich had apples. Took a bite of the sandwich and it was all bread. I opened the sandwich and it was so thin I thought it was bread. Looked at thee other half of the sandwich and it was the same, asked waiter for some mayo because sandwich was so dry. Got home and looked at the sandwich under some good lighting and I had 3 pieces of paper thin turkey, less cheese than turkey, 3 chunks of apple, but they forgot to put the savory bacon jam to add flavor. Over all a very expensive sandwich for no filling. Very disappointing dinner for the price.

Came here one more time after a bad experience last year in NWA. BEST decision ever… Bartender Brock is amazing and very kind. My food 10/10

Tonight was my first time trying this restaurant (also my boyfriends) with high hopes specifically on the burgers. I ordered the honey stung and BBQ burger along with a kids cheeseburger. I have high expectations when it comes to burgers and I must say I enjoyed my Honey stung burger so much! There was a ranch sauce that came with the burger that was so delicious and i dont do ranch. The whiskey sauce i dipped used to dip my fries in was perfect. First impression was good enough that I will most certainly come to the restaurant to sit down and eat lol. My boyfriend who is a chef also gives wonderful compliments about how good his burger was and the sauces! The patties are thick and still some pink too them but not TOO much and the lettuce was just right.

I dont do reviews nor am I usually impressed enough to do so but i will say 4.5 out of and highly recommend and definitely deserved a good review.

Good was amazing. My server not so much. He talked to us once. It wasn't that busy. He stopped cleared out table and said he'd be right back with the check. It took him 30 mins to bring it back. This is ridiculous!
